HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations and administrative activities, including onboarding, attendance management, documentation, gate pass issuance for technicians, site expenses, and coordination related to compliance and billing.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

  • Prepare and issue gate passes for technicians and maintain related records.
  • Handle employee onboarding, including offer letters, joining formalities, and document verification.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Track and manage attendance, leave, and timesheets.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Manage site-related expenses, verify bills, and maintain expense records.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for admin and office-related requirements.
  • Support compliance-related activities, including maintaining statutory and internal records.
  • Assist in billing coordination, documentation, and follow-ups with finance/accounts teams.

General Admin Support:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office and site operations.
  • Ensure proper filing, documentation, and record maintenance (physical and digital).
  • Support HR and management in ad-hoc administrative requirements.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline (HR Specialization preferred)

2- 5 years of experience in HR & Administration

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
