HR & Admin Executive

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Cum Admin Executive to manage human resource functions along with administrative responsibilities. The candidate will support recruitment, employee engagement, office administration, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management
  • Manage leave records and employee benefits
  • Support performance appraisal processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Address employee queries and grievances

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office maintenance and housekeeping
  • Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
  • Handle travel arrangements and logistics
  • Maintain asset records and inventory
  • Coordinate with IT and other departments for operational support
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office administration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
