- Manage recruitment, onboarding, visa processing, labor contracts, medicals, Emirates ID, and employee induction for technical and operational staff.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, performance support, and contract renewals.
- Coordinate training, certifications, and competency records related to Civil Defence, HSE, and technical requirements.
- Manage office administration, official correspondence, document control, and filing systems.
- Coordinate with authorities for licenses, permits, approvals, and renewals (trade license, Civil Defense, insurance).
- Handle procurement of office supplies, uniforms, PPE, accommodation, travel arrangements, and staff mobilization.
- Manage company assets including vehicles, tools, accommodation, and access control.
- Support operations and project teams with manpower planning, administrative submissions, and reporting.
- Act as a coordination point between management, employees, clients, and authorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
