HR & Admin Executive

The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities to ensure smooth functioning of the organization. The role requires hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and facility management.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviews, onboarding)
  • Maintain employee records & HR documentation
  • Manage attendance, leave records & payroll inputs
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Laws)
  • Support performance appraisal process
  • Address employee grievances
  • Manage exit formalities & full and final settlement

Administration

  • Oversee office/factory administration
  • Coordinate with vendors (housekeeping, security, transport, etc.)
  • Manage asset register & office inventory
  • Ensure facility maintenance & utility coordination
  • Handle travel arrangements & general office operations

Skills Required

  • Knowledge of labour laws & statutory compliance
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & HR software
  • Strong coordination and vendor management skills

Qualification:

  • MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR (preferred)
  • Any graduate with relevant experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,733.12 - ₹25,000.00 per month
