HR & Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:

HR:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
  • Employee onboarding & documentation
  • Maintain employee records & HR database
  • Attendance & leave management
  • Payroll coordination with accounts team
  • Support performance appraisal process
  • Handle employee queries & grievances
  • Ensure compliance with company policies & labor laws

Admin:

  • Manage day-to-day office administration
  • Coordinate with vendors & manage office supplies
  • Handle travel bookings & logistics
  • Maintain office records & documentation
  • Supervise facilities & housekeeping

Requirements:

  • Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR & Admin
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Organized, responsible & able to multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • HR & Admin: 2 years (Preferred)
