HR & Admin Executive

Purpose of the Role / JD*Assist in recruitment & onboarding (posting jobs, shortlisting CVs, interview coordination, joining formalities).
Maintain employee records, personal files, contracts, and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leave records, and shift rosters in coordination with payroll.
Support payroll processing by sharing accurate attendance, overtime, and deductions.
Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, payroll, and benefits.
Support performance management processes and probation confirmations.
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
Ensure statutory compliance (EOBI, Social Security, labor law documentation).

Assist in disciplinary actions, warnings, and employee documentation. Manage office administration, supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
Oversee facility management, housekeeping, security, and maintenance issues.
Coordinate ID cards, access cards, uniforms, and employee assets.
Maintain admin records, agreements, and vendor invoices.
Assist in travel arrangements and accommodation bookings if required.
Support health & safety, emergency procedures, and compliance checks.
Coordinate with IT, Finance, and Operations for smooth daily operations.
Support branch / site administration where applicable.Required Education for Position*BachelorsRequired Experience for Position*2-4 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
