HR & Admin Executive (Female)

VR Digitals is a Dubai-based digital marketing agency with a branch in Kochi. We work with a highly creative team to deliver cutting-edge digital marketing solutions. We are now looking for an energetic and skilled Female HR & Admin Executive to join our Kochi office.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
• Managing employee attendance, leave records, and payroll calculations
• Handling day-to-day office administration and employee relations
• Coordinating team management activities and supporting internal processes
• Assisting management in implementing HR policies and practices
• Maintaining records and preparing HR-related reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Administration or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR & office administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
• Must have a personal laptop

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
