We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Intern to join our team at Veevo Tech. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Help in drafting HR documents, letters, and reports.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide administrative support such as managing office supplies, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
