We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Intern to join our team at Veevo Tech. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Help in drafting HR documents, letters, and reports.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
- Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support such as managing office supplies, documentation, and correspondence.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
