The HR Manager will be solely responsible for managing the full spectrum of Human Resources functions within the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and development. In addition, the role will extend to supporting the Managing Director and the organization in administrative, corporate, and operational functions to ensure seamless business continuity.

What You’ll Do:

1. Recruitment & Staffing

Posting job advertisements and managing recruitment channels.

Screening applications and shortlisting candidates.

Coordinating and conducting interviews with hiring managers.

Preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.

2. Employee Onboarding & Orientation

Conducting induction sessions for new employees.

Preparing and maintaining employee personnel files.

Ensuring completion of legal documentation and compliance requirements (e.g., visas, Emirates ID in the UAE).

Introducing company policies, culture, and values.

3. HR Administration

Maintaining personnel files and HR databases.

Managing attendance, leave, and overtime records.

Drafting HR-related letters (salary certificates, NOCs, etc.).

Issuing disciplinary notices and maintaining proper documentation.

4. Payroll & Compensation

Preparing monthly payroll.

Ensuring compliance with WPS (UAE requirement).

Managing employee reimbursements, allowances, and deductions.

5. Employee Relations

Serving as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

Addressing grievances and assisting in conflict resolution.

Supporting managers in addressing performance or disciplinary matters.

Driving employee engagement and morale-building initiatives.

6. Compliance & Legal

Ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

Managing MOL/MOHRE, Immigration, and Free Zone formalities (where applicable).

Tracking visa renewals, medical insurance, and employment contracts.

Advising management on statutory and regulatory requirements.

7. Performance Management

Implementing and monitoring performance appraisal systems.

Coordinating KPI setting with department heads.

Tracking performance reviews and documentation.

Supporting managers in employee development planning.

8. Training & Development

Identifying training and skill development needs.

Organizing internal and external training programs.

Tracking training effectiveness and maintaining training records.

9. HR Strategy & Planning

Advising management on HR best practices.

Supporting organizational restructuring and change management initiatives.

10. Health, Safety & Wellbeing

Coordinating health and safety initiatives in the workplace.

Managing employee medical insurance and wellness programs.

Supporting initiatives to promote work-life balance and wellbeing.

11. Additional Administrative & Corporate Support Responsibilities

Managing the company’s ISO certification requirements and compliance.

Handling IT-related equipment, systems, and software requirements.

Managing the company’s official social media platforms and LinkedIn presence.

Supporting the Managing Director with direct requirements and special tasks.

Handling business license renewals and related government documentation.

Managing Ejari renewals for the company’s office units.

Coordinating internet services for the head office and project sites.

Overseeing the company’s website by liaising with third-party service providers.

Managing the design, update, and distribution of the company brochure.

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Certifications in HR field will be an added advantage.

Minimum 5 years of HR managerial experience in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and related statutory requirements.

Skills & Competencies

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and multi-industry software systems.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Confidentiality, discretion, and attention to detail.

Flexibility to handle HR and cross-functional administrative responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
