HR / Admin Officer

Position: HR Officer (Female Only)

About Us:

We are a trusted and fast-growing immigration consultancy company headquartered in Dubai, UAE, with over 42,000 successful visa approvals. As we expand our operations in Islamabad, Pakistan, we are looking for a mature, professional Female HR Manager to lead and manage HR operations for our new branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Publish and manage job listings on LinkedIn, Indeed, Rozee.pk, and other recruitment platforms
• Handle complete recruitment cycle including screening, interviews, onboarding, and training
• Daily coordination with the Sales Team and preparation of performance reports
• Use and manage CRM systems or internal company software for tracking employee and recruitment data
• Manage salary disbursement, commission/incentive calculations, and payroll tracking
• Take part in administrative tasks and assist in daily office management
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Be a key leader in managing the Pakistan branch HR operations, reporting directly to the Dubai HQ

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and other MS Office tools
• Experience with CRM software and HRMS tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Must be based in Islamabad / Rawalpindi (preferably near or able to easily commute to G8 Markaz)
