Globe Call Center is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resource Professional with a proven background in the BPO industry or an international digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, driving recruitment strategies, improving employee engagement, and aligning HR practices with the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business growth.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including talent sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning.
  • Oversee daily HR operations, including payroll coordination, attendance management, and policy compliance.
  • Design and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor regulations.
  • Plan and conduct training, mentoring, and professional development programs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and HR digitalization to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven HR leadership or managerial experience in a BPO or digital marketing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment strategies, and compliance practices.
  • Experience with HRIS or other HR management tools is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
