Nayyer Industries Private Limited is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable HR & Admin Officer to join our team in Gujrat Factory. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations, a strong understanding of HR software (preferably FlowHCM), and the ability to efficiently manage administrative and human resource functions to support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.

· Maintain and update HR databases and systems (FlowHCM preferred).

· Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

· Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.

· Support performance management processes and employee evaluations.

· Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues in a professional manner.

· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

· Oversee administrative functions including office management and coordination.

· Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for HR and administrative records.

Requirements:

  • MBA in HR.
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Experience with HR software (FlowHCM preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
