HR Administrator
Reporting Relationships
This position reports directly to the HR Business Partner.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including posting job openings, pre-employment documentation and tracking, system setup, orientation scheduling, badge requests, equipment coordination and exit logistics.
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions regarding HR systems, documentation and general HR procedures, ensuring timely follow-through and clear communication.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and general questions.
- Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee changes, leaves, and status updates.
- Help administer leave programs, tracking documentation and communicating with employees and managers.
- Manage workforce notices, including unemployment claims, employment verifications, and related documentation, ensuring timely communication and accurate recordkeeping.
- Administer monthly random testing procedures, including generating selections, communicating requirements to managers, ensuring employees complete testing within required timelines, and documenting and following up on results in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates across HR systems.
- Support audits, policy updates, and compliance initiatives as needed.
- Support company culture and engagement initiatives, including events, training sessions, recognition initiatives, and employee engagement activities.

Requirements
- Education and Training: High School education or equivalent or as deemed sufficient by management
- Technical Requirements: Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience: At least 2 years’ experience with sound understanding of HR practices, labor laws and regulations, or as deemed sufficient by management
