We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to provide operational and administrative support across the HR function and oversee office services. In this role, you will ensure that employee records, documentation and HR data are maintained accurately and that key administrative processes such as onboarding preparation and documentation collection run smoothly. The positions plays an important role in keeping HR operations organized and efficient.
Responsibilities:

Maintain and update employee records and HR data in internal systems.

Support the preparation and administration of employment documentation.

Ensure HR files and documentation are complete and properly maintained.

Coordinate onboarding administration for new hires.

Send onboarding communications and collect required documentation from new employees.

Support the preparation of onboarding materials and employee files.

Assist with preparation of HR reports or data when required.

Ensure HR administrative processes run smoothly and consistently.

Support HR team members with administrative tasks and documentation requests.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.

0-2 years of experience in office services, facilities, or HR administration.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a structured and reliable working style.

Comfortable working with data and documentation.

Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS is a plus.

Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

Service-minded, detail-oriented, and proactive.
