We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to support decision-making, improve HR processes, and enhance employee experience. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with data, HR systems, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze HR data related to recruitment, attendance, payroll, and employee performance.
  • Prepare accurate and timely HR reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Identify trends and insights to support workforce planning and HR strategies.
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support HR operations in audits, compliance, and system updates.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline reporting and process improvements.
  • Assist in HR projects such as employee engagement surveys, compensation analysis, and headcount planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Data Analytics (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience (06 months to 3 years) as an HR Analyst, HR Executive, or HR Data Specialist.
  • Strong command of Excel, HRIS tools (Trimatrix, FlowHCM, or similar), and reporting dashboards (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
