HR Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Analytics Manager to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR operations, workforce analytics, HR reporting, and data-driven decision-making within a fast-paced BPO environment.

This role is responsible for transforming HR data into actionable insights, developing workforce dashboards, maintaining HR data integrity, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and enabling strategic workforce planning. The successful candidate will combine advanced analytical skills with a solid understanding of HR processes to drive operational excellence and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Analytics & Reporting:

  • Develop, maintain, and automate HR dashboards, scorecards, and workforce reports.
  • Analyze workforce metrics including headcount, attrition, absenteeism, hiring trends, productivity, engagement, and retention.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports for leadership to support business decisions.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for workforce optimization and process improvement.
  • Monitor key HR KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support forecasting, manpower planning, and workforce capacity analysis.

Data Management & HR Operations:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and reporting systems.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and confidentiality across all HR platforms.
  • Track employee attendance, leave records, and shift data, particularly for call center operations.
  • Support payroll processing by validating attendance, compensation, and employee data.
  • Assist in HR audits, compliance reporting, and documentation management.

Employee Lifecycle Support:

  • Support onboarding, employee movements, confirmations, promotions, and separation processes.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including offer letters, employment confirmations, warning notices, and exit documentation.
  • Assist recruitment teams with workforce reporting, hiring analytics, and candidate database management.
  • Support training analytics and employee development reporting.

Process Improvement & Business Partnership:

  • Recommend and implement HR process improvements through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with HR, Operations, Finance, and senior management to align workforce strategies with business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on employee productivity, retention, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in HR Analytics, HR Operations, Workforce Management, or HR Reporting, preferably within a BPO environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboards, data validation, and reporting automation.
  • Strong experience in workforce analytics, HR metrics, and data visualization.
  • Experience working with HRMS, attendance management systems, and payroll-related data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to data accuracy.
