HR & Admin Executive
Location - Candidate must be from Howrah only
Key Responsibilities
- Implement HR policies, procedures & ensure statutory compliance
- Coordinate with vendors for office administration & facility management
- Monitor office infrastructure & utilities (maintenance, safety, upkeep)
- Support end-to-end recruitment & smooth onboarding of new hires
- Handle employee relations, grievances & conflict resolution
- Assist in goal setting, performance management & employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate training programs, workshops & learning activities
- Manage employee exit processes, F&F settlements & exit interviews
- Administer employee benefits, insurance & welfare programs
- Organize employee events, recognition & team-building activities
- Track HR metrics, prepare MIS reports & support management decisions
Eligibility & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of HR & Admin experience
- Strong knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices
- Excellent communication, coordination & problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficient in HRIS, MS Excel & MS Office tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
