HR and Admin Executive

HR & Admin Executive

Location - Candidate must be from Howrah only

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement HR policies, procedures & ensure statutory compliance
  • Coordinate with vendors for office administration & facility management
  • Monitor office infrastructure & utilities (maintenance, safety, upkeep)
  • Support end-to-end recruitment & smooth onboarding of new hires
  • Handle employee relations, grievances & conflict resolution
  • Assist in goal setting, performance management & employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate training programs, workshops & learning activities
  • Manage employee exit processes, F&F settlements & exit interviews
  • Administer employee benefits, insurance & welfare programs
  • Organize employee events, recognition & team-building activities
  • Track HR metrics, prepare MIS reports & support management decisions

Eligibility & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of HR & Admin experience
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, coordination & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficient in HRIS, MS Excel & MS Office tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

  • HR: 2 years (Required)
  • Admin: 2 years (Required)
