Job Description:

Position Title: HR and Administration Manager

Department: Human Resource

Location: Pakistan

Reports To: Expat Human Resource Manager


Role Overview:

The HR & Admin Manager will oversee end-to-end HR functions, office administration, and basic financial tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with experience managing HR compliance in Pakistan and similar countries, general administration, and finance coordination.


Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

  • Lead full employee lifecycle management: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit formalities.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with local labor laws and global standards.
  • Partner with global HR teams on talent management, learning & development, and engagement initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with Pakistan labor regulations.

Administration

  • Oversee office facilities, vendor management, travel arrangements, procurement, and general admin support.
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements for office operations.
  • Manage service providers and negotiate contracts for cost efficiency.
  • Support company events, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Finance Support
  • Collaborate with the Finance team on monthly payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and benefits administration.
  • Assist with budget tracking, expense monitoring, and petty cash management.
  • Support external audits by maintaining HR, admin, and financial records.
  • Coordinate with regional finance teams on reporting and compliance.


Requirements and Skillsets

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in HR and Administration, with exposure to finance-related responsibilities.
  • Experience working in financial services, fintech, forex, or crypto industries is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Pakistan and similar countries labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems, HRIS, and MS Office Suite (Excel proficiency required).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles, payroll taxes, and financial reporting.

Soft Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Proficiency in English and Urdu; additional languages are a plus.
