HR and Administrative Executive

Lahore, Pakistan

We are looking for an HR & Admin Assistant to support our HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will assist in both recruitment and day-to-day office administration, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as office coordination, supplies management, and correspondence.
  • Assist with payroll data collection and leave management.
  • Help organize company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for administrative needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR and administrative support.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment (especially for technical roles) and HR operations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
