The role is for a MSME organisation that entails the following responsibilities :

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

o Post job openings and manage recruitment processes.

o Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selection.

o Handle employee on boarding, including paperwork and training.

o Set up and manage employee performance evaluation systems.

o Manage resignation processes, including exit interviews and clearance.

2. Payroll and Attendance:

o Maintain attendance records of labour and track working hours.

o Process employee salaries, overtime, and other benefits.

o Set-up bonus systems for employees

3. Compliance and Policies:

o Apply and Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.

o Draft, implement, and update company policies and employee handbooks.

4. Budgeting and Financial Planning:

  • Prepare budgets and forecasts for production and operations.
  • Track actual performance against budgeted numbers.

5. Receivables:.

o Follow up on receivables to ensure timely payments.

o Monitor and manage expenses, ensuring cost control

6. Reporting:

o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

o Support management with insights for strategic decisions.

7. Funding

o Apply for funding and manage follow-ups

o Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
