Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated HR and Marketing Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both Human Resource functions and Marketing strategies, especially in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records
• Support HR documentation and policy updates
• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication

Marketing Responsibilities

• Assist in content creation for social media, blogs, and marketing campaigns
• Conduct competitor and market research
• Support digital marketing activities such as SEO, email campaigns, and website updates
• Coordinate marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities
• Help manage analytics and report on marketing performance

Who Can Apply

• Final year students or recent graduates in MBA/BBA/B.Com/BA (HR/Marketing/Business) or any relevant field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, etc.)
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Knowledge of Canva, Excel, or basic marketing tools is a plus
