We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR & Recruitment Manager to join our team at our Dubai Fountain Views office. The role involves full-cycle recruitment and HR consulting for a range of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and retention strategies
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with business goals
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure hiring of high-quality talent across departments
- Partner with senior management to support workforce planning and organizational development
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Drive performance management systems, including appraisals, KPIs, and development plans
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies
- Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and leave management
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee capability and engagement
- Promote a positive workplace culture and lead employee engagement initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to management to support decision-making
- Support change management and organizational restructuring when required
- Client liaison and role briefing
- General HR advisory services

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
