Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources & Office Manager to lead all HR functions while overseeing the smooth running of daily office operations. This dual-function role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on office management, supporting a diverse workforce that includes permanent staff, travel agents, travel counselors, and independent contractors. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable driving people strategy and maintaining a polished, high-functioning workplace environment aligned with our luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities — Human Resources
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate selection with department heads.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and HR-related inquiries.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and lead employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and exit management in line with company policies.
- Manage performance appraisal frameworks and support managers in coaching and development planning.
- Oversee payroll coordination, compensation structures, and benefits administration.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, employment contracts, and statutory requirements.
- Identify training needs and design learning and development programs.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Conduct workforce planning and support succession planning initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and metrics with strict confidentiality.
- Promote workplace health, safety, and employee wellness initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and support change management.
Key Responsibilities — Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to maintain a professional, efficient, and well-presented workplace.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, vendors, and service contracts.
- Coordinate facilities management, maintenance, and workspace planning.
- Support the executive team with scheduling, travel coordination, and administrative needs as required.
- Manage visitor experience and front-of-house presentation in line with brand standards.
- Track office budgets and control operational expenses.
- Coordinate internal events, team gatherings, and office-wide communications.
- Liaise with IT, building management, and external service providers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, ideally with office management exposure.
- Strong working knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Strong commitment to employee engagement, well-being, and workplace culture.
- Experience in the luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors is an advantage.
