About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Apprentice to support HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and employee engagement. You will work closely with the HR team in India & globally in the role of an apprentice.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Support

∙Screen the resumes and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.

∙Schedule & coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panel members.

∙Maintain and update applicant data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System-Sparkhire).

∙Support pre-onboarding and post-joining processes like reference check, etc. including documentation and follow-ups.

HR Operations

∙Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing joining kits, documentation, and induction support.

∙Support employee engagement activities and office events.

∙Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related tasks.

Administrative &* Coordination Tasks *

∙Handle scheduling, email communication, and follow-ups.

∙Prepare reports, trackers, and daily/weekly updates.

∙Support HR team in day-to-day office operations and ad hoc tasks.

∙Assist in evacuation drills and ensure adherence to facility/office safety guidelines.

∙Handle visitor management, gate pass initiation, courier handling and meeting room bookings.

∙Ensure cleanliness, upkeep, and availability of office supplies and stationery.

∙Monitor pantry stock, coordinate replenishment, and support pantry operations.

∙Support in maintaining office assets, equipment, and access cards.

Employee Support

∙Assist employees with general queries and provide timely support.

∙Facilitate refreshments for candidates, visitors, or walk-in drives when needed.

∙Help organize internal events, meetings, and celebrations.

Vendor Coordination

∙Coordinate with facility teams, housekeeping, security, and maintenance vendors.

∙Track service requests (AC, water, cleaning, IT support, etc.) and ensure closure.

∙Help with procurement processes and documentation.

Requirements:

∙BBA, BBM or any management graduate (2025 passed out).

∙Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

∙Good organizational and time-management abilities.

∙Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

∙Eagerness to learn HR processes and talent acquisition practices.

∙Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

∙Positive attitude, willingness to learn, adaptability and strong sense of responsibility.

∙Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

∙Good observational skills, extreme ownership, teamwork and attention to detail.
