Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team at [MA Group].

This position is open to Bahraini nationals only.

You will play a key role in supporting our HR operations — from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job ads, review applications, and schedule interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and leave management.
  • Support payroll preparation and HR projects.
  • Help organize training sessions and company events.

Requirements:

  • Bahraini nationality (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Previous HR or administrative experience is a plus.
