Position Summary

HR Assistant supports daily HR operations including Recruitment, Attendance Management, Employee Record Keeping, HR Documentation, Employee Relations Support, Compliance with Labor Laws of Pakistan and Coordination between Head Office & Production Unit. This role ensures smooth execution of HR processes across the company.

Key Responsibilities

A. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Assist in preparing job advertisements and posting on recruitment platforms.
  • Screen CVs and shortlist candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with Department Heads.
  • Maintain Recruitment Tracker.
  • Prepare Joining documents and assist in onboarding.

B. Attendance & Leave Management

  • Maintain daily attendance (biometric/manual).
  • Track late, absenteeism, early departures.
  • Process leaves applications and update leave records.
  • Prepare monthly attendance summary for payroll.

C. HR Documentation

  • Maintain employee personal files (soft & hard copies).
  • Prepare HR letters: employment letters, experience letters, warnings, show cause, memos.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee database.

D. Payroll Support

  • Share verified attendance with HR Officer/Manager for payroll.
  • Collect deductions (advance salary, loan, leaves without pay, overtime, etc.).
  • Assist in preparing salary sheets if required.

E. Employee Relations & Support

  • Assist employees with HR-related queries.
  • Help resolve conflict at employee level and escalate to HR Manager.
  • Support in organizing trainings, meetings, and employee events.

F. Compliance & Reporting

  • EOBI, Social Security documentation
  • Maintain HR MIS/ERP data entry
  • Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports.

G. Other Tasks

  • Support HR audits.
  • Assist in disciplinary actions (documentation, notices, follow-up).
  • Coordination between Head Office and Production Unit HR.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Good knowledge of attendance and leave management.
  • Basic payroll understanding.
  • HR documentation & file management.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Power Point and MS Excel (must) + HR software (ERP/MIS).
  • Ability to draft professional emails and memos.

Soft Skills

  • Communication & interpersonal skills.

  • Confidentiality & Trustworthiness.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Education: BBA (HRM) / MBA (HRM) preferred
  • Experience: 2–4 years, Experience in a pharmaceutical company is a plus.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
