Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with employee onboarding and documentation
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
  • Prepare HR-related letters and reports
  • Coordinate interviews and schedule meetings with candidates
  • Support payroll processing by collecting attendance and leave data
  • Handle staff requests related to HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and company events
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or administration (preferred)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law is an advantage
