  • Source and screen resumes as per job requirements.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates & interview panels
  • Support onboarding activities: offer letters, joining documentation, induction planning, and ID creation
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions

Attendance Management :

  • Daily attendance monitoring through biometric or attendance software.
  • Follow up with employees for missing punches and regularize attendance.
  • Coordinate with payroll team for timely sharing of attendance data (LWP, late marks, overtime, WFH, comp-offs)

Employee Engagement :

  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities such as festivals, monthly events, celebrations, employee recognition, and surveys
  • Coordinate birthday, work anniversary, and welcome messages
  • Assist in conducting employee feedback surveys and generating reports

Skills to have :

  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting
