Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handling labour law compliance in the areas of registrations, returns filings, government liaising for clients
- Be the SPOC in handling client enquiries regarding labour compliance
- Ensure timely audits are conducted and reports submitted to the clients to help stay compliant
- Handling payroll processing for various clients
- Ensuring client satisfaction and retention through constant touchpoints, innovative service methodologies, visits
- Gather market data in the areas of labour laws ,payroll processing, social security etc and help implement them for the company and clients
- Drive a team of associates towards the shared objectives of the company in the long run
Desired Profile:
- Class 12 Qualified./Candidate with a Bachelor's Degree
- 3-6 months work experience in Customer Handling, /Office Administration/Labour law compliance/HR
- Working knowledge on various acts like EPF,ESI, etc
- Understanding of HR concepts regarding leave & attendance, employee recruitment, exits, documentation etc
- Good oral & written communication
- Ability to work in a team environment

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
