Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handling labour law compliance in the areas of registrations, returns filings, government liaising for clients
  • Be the SPOC in handling client enquiries regarding labour compliance
  • Ensure timely audits are conducted and reports submitted to the clients to help stay compliant
  • Handling payroll processing for various clients
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and retention through constant touchpoints, innovative service methodologies, visits
  • Gather market data in the areas of labour laws ,payroll processing, social security etc and help implement them for the company and clients
  • Drive a team of associates towards the shared objectives of the company in the long run

Desired Profile:

  • Class 12 Qualified./Candidate with a Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-6 months work experience in Customer Handling, /Office Administration/Labour law compliance/HR
  • Working knowledge on various acts like EPF,ESI, etc
  • Understanding of HR concepts regarding leave & attendance, employee recruitment, exits, documentation etc
  • Good oral & written communication
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
