HR Assistant

  • Assist in recruitment by scheduling interviews, posting job ads, and screening resumes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both physical and digital formats.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and forms.
  • Support onboarding process for new hires (documentation, induction, orientation).
  • Manage and track attendance, leave, and other employee records.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by collecting data on attendance, leaves, and overtime.
  • Help organize training sessions and HR events.
  • Answer employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters with discretion.
  • Assist with employee exit processes and final settlements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding HR matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
