· Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
· Monitor HR department’s budget
· Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
· Manage employees’ grievances
· Measure employee retention
· Oversee daily operations of the HR department
· Keeping track of employees’ attendance / absenteeism
· At least 2 year working experience in the HR field
. Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments
