The HR Assistant will support the HR department in daily administrative tasks, recruitment coordination, employee record management, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and eager to grow in the field of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, onboarding documentation)
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in handling employee queries and maintaining positive employee relations
  • Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and HR-related activities
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data
  • Prepare basic HR reports and documentation
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of HR experience
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and employment laws
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/tools
