Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, employee records)
- Coordinate job postings, CV screening, and interviews
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee data
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Assist with payroll processing, salary calculations, and deductions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR functions
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll systems
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
