HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, employee records)
  • Coordinate job postings, CV screening, and interviews
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee data
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
  • Assist with payroll processing, salary calculations, and deductions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR functions
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll systems
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
