HR ASSISTANT (MALE)

Are you passionate about people and looking to kickstart your career in Human Resources? We are a dynamic and fast-growing food & beverage company seeking an enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support payroll and benefits administration
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support
  • Help organize staff training and company events

Qualifications:

  • HR-related degree preferred
  • Previous administrative or HR experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment
