Job Title: HR Assistant (Male)

Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience Required: 2–4 years (UAE Construction Industry Experience is mandatory)

Job Summary:

The HR Assistant will support the HR department in daily operations, employee lifecycle processes, and coordination with the PRO for visa and labor-related activities. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage employee documentation and onboarding processes efficiently within a construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the PRO department for visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and other government-related documentation.
  • Handle employee onboarding processes including offer follow-ups, joining formalities, and induction coordination.
  • Prepare and maintain employee personal files in compliance with company and UAE labor requirements.
  • Manage passport custody records, including tracking, safekeeping, and release documentation.
  • Assist in employee documentation such as contracts, amendments, and HR letters.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and records accurately.
  • Support in employee mobilization and demobilization processes.
  • Coordinate with different departments for employee requirements and HR support.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in general HR administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience in the construction industry within the UAE.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating with PRO for visa and labor processes.
  • Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory).
