We are looking for an organized and empathetic HR Assistant to join our team. Whether you are an Officer looking to manage core functions or an Intern eager to learn the ropes, you will play a vital role in supporting our most important asset: our people. You will assist in the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Core Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies on various job boards, and screening initial resumes for technical and non-technical role
- Onboarding & Orientation: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary tools, access, and introductions to start their roles successfully.
- Employee Records: Maintain and update digital and physical employee records (e.g., contracts, leaves, performance reviews) ensuring high data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Payroll & Attendance: Assist in tracking employee attendance, leaves, and preparing data for monthly payroll processing.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Degree (or currently pursuing one) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive information with extreme discretion.
- Organization: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced business environment.
