Job Title: HR Assistant Manager

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced HR Assistant Manager with strong experience in both Recruitment and Business HR (Corporate HR). The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing hiring and employee lifecycle activities in a corporate setup.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

Use job portals, networking, and social platforms to source suitable candidates.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure smooth closures.

Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.

Business HR / Corporate HR

Drive employee engagement activities and support HR initiatives across the organization.

Handle employee grievances, provide timely resolutions, and maintain a positive work environment.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and department heads for HR-related processes.

Oversee HR lifecycle activities such as performance reviews, confirmations, and exits.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and organizational guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
