We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department during evening operations. The role involves assisting with daily HR tasks, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support the recruitment process including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Handle HR-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and other documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in HR or administrative support role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Availability to work night shift (5:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
