We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Associate to join our outsourcing setup. The role involves supporting end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and Qatar Labor Law, and acting as a bridge between employees, management, and clients. This position is crucial in ensuring seamless HR service delivery while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, and offboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR trackers, and documentation.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and documents (contracts, offer letters, NOCs, etc.).
- Liaise with employees, management, and external clients/vendors.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and Qatar Labor Law.
- Assist payroll processing (attendance, leave, overtime data).
- Address employee queries and escalate to HR Manager when required.
- Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and engagement activities.
- Manage onboarding formalities such as visas and medicals.
- Recommend improvements to streamline HR processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience (outsourcing/manpower/staffing preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, documentation, and compliance.
- Familiarity with Qatar Labor Law; GCC experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
