We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team. The HR Associate will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, employee engagement, and ensuring smooth execution of HR processes. This position requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to assist in building a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and new hire orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure accuracy of data.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (leaves, attendance, etc.)
  • Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and company events.
  • Draft HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, exit letters, and HR communications.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve HR processes and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 year of experience in HR or a similar role (internship experience can be considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HRIS systems is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
