HR Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee support.
• Proficiency in HR software (Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations ( FMLA, ADA, EEOC).
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
