1.1 HR Assistant duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database to posting job ads.
1.2 HR Assistant will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
1.3 HR Assistant will also assist in creating policies, processes and documents.
1.4 Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
1.5 Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager.
1.6 Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
1.7 Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
1.8 Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
1.9 Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
2.0 Knowledge in DOH system and process.
Qualifications;
With atleast 2 years experience in UAE Healthcare
Must have knowledge in DOH Licensing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
