Assist with onboarding new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
Maintain employee records and files.
Maintain employee time in & out.
Support HR initiatives and programs.
Collect and analyze data related to facility operations and performance.
Responsible for the day-to-day management and enhancement of HRIS.
Work closely with HR teams to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and provide essential technical support, ensuring the system effectively supports HR operations and strategic goals.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
