Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
  • Maintain employee records and files.
  • Maintain employee time in & out.
  • Support HR initiatives and programs.
  • Collect and analyze data related to facility operations and performance.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management and enhancement of HRIS.
  • Work closely with HR teams to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and provide essential technical support, ensuring the system effectively supports HR operations and strategic goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • 0-1 years of experience in administrative/Operational position.
  • Strong organization & time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
