Job Title: HR Associate

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for an HR Associate with strong experience in IT and non-IT recruitment, payroll management, employee engagement, welfare, and branding. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, payroll processing, and supporting employee well-being and company branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles.
• Payroll: Assist in payroll processing and maintain records.
• Employee Engagement & Welfare: Organize employee activities and welfare programs.
• Employer Branding: Support in promoting the company culture and brand.
• HR Support: Maintain employee records and assist with HR tasks.

Requirements:

• 2 years of HR experience, including recruitment and payroll.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
• Knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office is a plus.
