HR Associate

Role Description

As we embark on an accelerated growth phase, we are seeking a full-time Associate- Human Resource (HR) for our Bengaluru office. This is a full-time role for an Associate - Human Resources at Pococare. The Associate - Human Resources will be responsible for daily HR tasks, including managing HR policies, employee payroll and ensuring applicable compliance with HR regulations. In the initial days, the role will have a high focus on identifying, sourcing, and hiring talent across multiple functions & processes. The role works closely with our founder and leadership team and has immense learning opportunities. This is an on-site role in Bengaluru.

Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in HR function in general and Talent Acquisition in particular across role categories Familiarity with HR compliance and employment laws Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders, candidates, hiring teams, and external partners. Hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques & Job portals (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and other job portals) and Exposure to full-cycle recruitment processes, Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment Qualifications must have: Bachelor's/ Post graduate degree in Human Resources Management or related field Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to identify and solve problems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
