Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
- Drive talent acquisition for sales, marketing, supply chain, and plant roles
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data with accuracy
- Support payroll process by collecting attendance, leave, and overtime data and HR-related financial processes
- Handle employee queries related to policies, benefits, EOBI, and documentation
- Coordinate joining, confirmation, and exit formalities
- Help organize training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Sindh labor law requirements
Requirements:
- BBA/MBA in HRM or related field; fresh grads with internships can apply
- 1-3 years of HR experience, FMCG/Manufacturing exposure preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word,SAP HR / SuccessFactors a plus
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per hour
