Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
  • Manage attendance and HR data for permanent, contract, and casual employees.
  • Implement HR systems and processes for operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with departments to resolve HR-related issues and support business goals.
  • Drive HR initiatives and organizational change.
  • Monitor and report HR KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Lead employee relations efforts including motivation, conflict resolution, and internal communication.
  • Handle EPF & ETF-related tasks.
  • Oversee talent and competency management, training, and leadership development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 7 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor law compliance, and HRIS systems.
  • Proven experience in talent management and employee engagement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of workplace safety standards.
