Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and translate them into effective HR strategies and solutions.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and enhance overall satisfaction.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top talent that aligns with our company's values and mission.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and organizational development.
• Analyze workforce trends and metrics to inform HR decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement and manage HR programs related to talent management, succession planning, and professional development.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, facilitating resolutions to concerns and promoting a safe and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably in the internet or technology sector.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and leverage data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Experience in employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
