We’re Hiring – HR Business Partner (Pakistan Office)

Shift: Morning Shift

Timing: 11 To 08

Days: Monday to Saturday

Position: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: ICT Building, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Experience: Minimum 5 years in a software house or IT environment

Qualification: MBA/HR or equivalent

We’re expanding our Pakistan operations and are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our ICT Building, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi office.

Only those candidates will be considered who have experience in establishing new departments from scratch within large, product-based companies, and who possess strong expertise in driving financial growth and strategic development at a high level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with management to align HR strategy with business goals.
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition for technical teams.
• Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention.
• Build HR processes and structure for growing departments from scratch.
• Support leadership in strategic planning, workforce analytics, and development.
• Ensure compliance, culture building, and people-first initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

✅ Strong communication and leadership skills
✅ Ability to handle multi-department HR operations independently
✅ Well-connected within the tech and LinkedIn HR community
