This position is responsible to collaborate with business owners and respective POC’s of clients on a regular basis and proactively manage the daily HR activities of the clients.
Key duties & responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for business owners, fostering strong relationships and providing strategic HR guidance.
- Conduct regular review meetings with stakeholders to understand workforce needs, operational challenges, and business priorities.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and client needs.
- Conduct onboarding, induction, and periodic HR awareness sessions.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices to maintain high hiring standards.
- Promote the company’s reputation as an employer of choice by showcasing culture and values during recruitment interactions.
- Support the HR client’s team with operational activities including letter management, attendance and leave management, payroll support, and other delegated tasks.
- Manage visa and immigration processes including renewals, cancellations, and related formalities.
- Handle employee medical insurance administrations such as additions, deletions, renewal coordination, and claim support.
- Conduct HR risk assessments and implement measures to minimise people-related and compliance risks.
- Address employee queries and ensure timely and professional resolution.
- Manage employee grievances by conducting fair investigations and recommending corrective measures.
- Suggest and implement initiatives to boost employee morale, satisfaction, and engagement.
- Oversee performance management cycles, support managers with improvement plans, and track performance outcomes.
- Prepare and analyse HR reports, dashboards, and data sets to support decision-making.
- Develop new HR templates, forms, and process documents to enhance efficiency and standardisation.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Review employee documents prepared by the team and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage end-of-employment procedures including termination documentation, exit interviews, visa cancellation, and final settlements.
- Update daily task trackers, maintain daily HR logs, and ensure timely reporting of daily activities to the relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure all HR activities are carried out in full compliance with company policies, UAE Labour Laws, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
Education: MBA in HR stream/ Post Graduation in any stream with minimum 50%

- Proven work experience as an HRBP or in managerial level.
- Strong Knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder and employee relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data, prepare reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
- Proficiency in HR operations including payroll support, visa processing, insurance handling, and HR documentation.
- Strong planning and organizational skills,
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
